New Ugly Kid Joe Song Debuts on 107.7 The Bone
Ugly Kid Joe's lead singer Whitfield Crane was interviewed by 107.7 The Bone and then the station debuted a brand new Ugly Kid Joe song called Love Ain't True. In an interview with Shannon Larkin (Godsmack's drummer and drummer for Ugly Kid Joe) he said:
The rumors are true!" Larkin said. "Whit, Klaus [Eichstadt, guitar], Cordell [Crockett, bass], Dave [Fortman, guitar] and myself got together this year and made six new songs for an EP to put out at some point. We are really stoked at how it came out — pure UGLY KID JOE, dude! We have no label, agent, or management and did the record by ourselves without a real plan other than getting together in a room again after all these years and jamming out! We'll keep people posted as to when we will release something and perhaps even play some shows if there is interest in us.

The song is vintage Ugly Kid Joe, however, the mixing doesn't seem quite right. The vocals are very upfront almost over bearing, while the music is pushed to the rear. The YouTube uploader admitted it was a direct radio rip, so I can't expect top quality. I will hold onto ripping the band until I hear the EP.
