Guns N' Roses Schedule United States Tour Dates

The band that wants to be called Guns N' Roses has scheduled a few United States tour dates. The tour dates so far are:

Oct. 28 - Amway Center - Orlando, FL
Oct. 29 - AmericanAirlines Arena - Miami, FL
Nov. 12 - Sprint Center - Kansas City, MO
Nov. 13 - Target Center - Minneapolis, MN
Nov. 15 - Allstate Arena - Rosemont, IL

More dates will be announced soon, but I'd like to gauge interest - who really cares? This isn't Guns N' Roses and hasn't been for a long time. Yes, Axl is a great front man and an excellent showman, but without Slash, Duff, Izzy, and Adler, it's just not GnR. I'd take Sorum on drums if Axl was still fighting with Adler.

The last Guns N' Roses tour ended in utter disaster when Axl Rose failed to show for a concert here in Philadelphia. CKY was the opening band and they finished their set around 7:30-7:45. It wasn't until 11 when an announcer explained to the crowd Axl wasn't showing up and the band wasn't performing that night. That is when all hell broke loose and chairs were tossed at the stage, seats were ripped up, barriers broken, boobs sucked, dicks punched, and babies conceived. I mean pandemonium.

The kicker was the concert venue and concert promoter refused to give refunds for the show (despite not hearing one note from the main attraction) because the opening band had finished their set. You can't get much shadier than that!

The volatile nature of the band, specifically Axl, means I would never pay money to see this version of the band. If you want to take your hard earned cash and plunk it down on this incarnation, you are a braver man than I.
