Blogs N' Roses Invades Grooveshark
Today is New Music Monday and I was looking for a song by Cowboy Mouth called All American Man. The track appeared on the band's album Easy, but apparently YouTube nor the internet has any recollection of this song. However, I found the track on Grooveshark.
Grooveshark is a online streaming application specifically for music. You can create your own playlists and certainly listen to " radio" I figured we would create a specific Blogs N' Roses account on there and monitor our New Music Monday and share a whole host of new bands you might not have heard from before. Think of it as Blogs N' Roses DJing your office party.
I just created a few playlists that I intend to continue adding artists to and making the playlist more robust. The three I have created so far are Cover Songs, Bands You Never Heard of, and New Music Monday.
Some of the bands following this website have not uploaded their songs to Grooveshark. I would highly recommend it and that you index them correctly so that they can be placed in the correct radio stations.
Follow our playlist on Grooveshark here and let us know what you think. If you have suggestions of bands to be included in the playlist or you are a band and want to be added, email us. We would be glad to feature you in the playlist. I see this as more organically driven with songs only staying in the playlist a few weeks and then rotating them out.
