Dropkick Murphys Singer Pelted by Jonathan Papelbon
Raise your hand if you have been at a festival and a suck band comes on that you just want to pelt with tomatoes. *Raises Hand, looks at Finch* Well at a charity function called Rotten Tomato Karoke, Jonathan Papelbon, Boston Red Sox closer, got the chance of a lifetime. He got to whip a tomato at that annoying "singer" from The Dropkick Murphys.
When I describe the incident, it will sound way better than it is in action. Papelbon took a tomato and hurled it at Ken Casey who was singing on stage. The tomato was a direct shot to the back of Casey's head and took him off his feet.
Papelbon said: "That was the hardest tomato out of the bunch. I threw a 4-seam. I hope y'all have it on tape." That we do Jon; that we do.
