New Staind and Red Hot Chili Peppers Songs

Staind and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have released brand new tracks. Let's first listen to Staind.

Staind's new song is called Not Again and is off their upcoming album Staind.

Now the Red Hot Chili Peppers new song called The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie. It is off their new album I'm With You.

The Staind song is harder than I thought it would be. It isn't a return to their Mudshovel era stuff, but Aaron Lewis has some great guttural screams and it is the closest to old Staind I have heard. Maybe this new album is the successor to Dysfunction.

The bass has a great funky beat. I like the more pop sounding guitar to balance out the funk, but the lyrics and Kiedis vocals are bothering. However, overall I like it and it does what it should, makes me excited to hear the album...on both occasions.
