David Lee Roth Updates Main Site
If you are like me, and I know you are pretty damn close to me, you have the official David Lee Roth website on an RSS feed sent straight to your alerts on your phone. That way the very SECOND that website is updated, I know about it. However, I am not always able to post because I am either fist deep in pussy or I have my legs over my head trying to cum in my own mouth. Point being, I can't always run to the computer.
David Lee Roth's website was updated today and all it says is "Get Ready" leading worshippers to believe DLR is talking about the long awaited Van Halen album and the rumor a new song from the band was to be released on the Fourth of July.
Eddie Trunk of VH1's That Metal Show tweeted that Van Halen was going to release their new single on July 4th and the update on David Lee Roth's website, in a round about way, almost confirms it. But what will it sound like?
Mark Tremonti of Creed/Alter Bridge claims to have heard Van Halen rehearsing the album and he said it is a return to the band's "old school" sound.
What makes it so great is that they took what they could from all their old demos back in the ’80s and pretty much did what they could to create songs out of old ideas, so it sounds like vintage Van Halen,” divulged Tremonti to Ross Ford’s morning radio show on Colorado’s 94.3 KILO. “Musically, it sounds in the [early '80s] era. I didn’t hear any vocals — David [Lee Roth] was not there. It was just the three of them and the music sounded like very authentic, old-school Van Halen.”
Holy shit! If that is the case, this will be amazing. A return to the Eddie/Diamond Dave era Van Halen? It is like bizarro world. I never thought I would see this day arrive. Well, actually I haven't. But hopefully in a few hours they will release the track and I can put it on loop in my apartment. It will either drive my neighbors crazy or make the hot Mexican chick with the painted Sharpie eyebrows that lives upstairs want to fuck me.

Normally I delete the stupid spamcomments on the site unless they somehow directly relate to the article that theycomment on. However, I just can't seem to make myself delete the Web Designcompany one because of the fantastic followupcomment from Bazk.

Awesome...DLR Van Halen are on my list of must see concerts. A new album and maybe a tour next summer?!! I can hope. Thanks for the update. Feel free to stop my my blog anytime. All the best!
