Limp Bizkit Supposedly Sold Almost 22k for Gold Cobra
Gold Cobra, the long-awaited fifth studio album from Limp Bizkit, is likely to sell between 23,000 and 27,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to industry web site Hits Daily Double.
This number is based upon first day sales and could drop lower, as I am hoping. I really don't want to think 23-27k Limp Bizkit fans still exist. I was hoping they died of meth addiction, shot down by bi-planes while they tried to climb the Empire State building, or thwarted throwing barrels down pipes by a pesky plumber.
I had to listen to the album and it's a Limp Bizkit record, for better or worse. If you tend to like that sort of thing, you will love Gold Cobra. I, however, hate that sound and hate the band; so rather than waste my time coming up with a shitty review, I found the perfect picture to encapsulate my thoughts on the record. Consider this the official Blogs N' Roses review of Gold Cobra.
