American Idol Performances You Wanted to Watch
You heard Steven Tyler was performing with Stone Temple Pilots and were intrigued. Then you heard James Durbin, incessant blinker, would be performing with Judas Priest and you were getting closer to watching. Then you heard U2 was going to perform a song from Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark and really wanted to watch. But you couldn't come to grips with watching a giant circle jerk over two teenagers who won't be remembered in 10 years. I don't blame you. Lucky for you, you know me. Here were the performances you missed last night:
Tyler with STP - this one is nice, but no deal was made about STP. No introduction, no explanation why they were there, no nothing! If you didn't know who STP were and what they looked like this would just be some competent backing band:
James Durbin has a hard-on for Judas Priest, and who can blame him? However, I think the twitching turd oversings every song and ruins the moment. It was still hilarious to see Judas Priest on a show designed for teens and house fraus.
The U2 performance was perhaps the most disappointing. Not only was the song incredibly boring, but also not one Spiderman died during it. All the hype! Check out the fake Spider-Bono, who I assume is the lead in the Broadway production.

The KK Klone shreds on the guitar, he'll have a lot of JP fans asking KK WHO?
