On sale at 10 a.m. online at www.ticketmaster.com via Ticketmaster phone at (800) 745-3000 and via Ticketmaster TTY at (800) 943-4327.
I know some of you are concerned about getting tickets so I'll block out the on sale information:

Here is my hint for you, call Ticketmaster any place NOT near NYC. I would call some place in South Carolina around 9:45 and chit chat with the agent. Maybe asking them what is playing around South Carolina and then at 10am, ask them for tickets to the Big Four in NYC.
I have excellent luck in getting the exact tickets I want and I will share my process with you. The best and easiest way would be online:
- Make sure you have a Ticketmaster account that has all your up-to-date information (billing, credit card, etc).
- Load up the ticket on sale page at 9:45 at the LATEST!
- Once you have the ticket page in front of you, go to time.gov. That is the official clock of the US government and the time that Ticketmaster seems to sync with.
- When time.gov hits 9:59:30, hit F5 (on a PC) or Command R to begin reloading the page.
- Have the card you intend to use right by you for the Security Code.
- You will be one of the first few into the onsale. Select your ticket quantity and location. Location is key because a lot of people will do best available and that isn't necessarily where you will want to sit. So if you want 2 floor tickets, put 2 and select Floor as the location.
It is pretty simple, but the time.gov and the back end stuff (Ticketmaster account) are small things that trip up a lot of people. Nothing is more frustrating than losing front row tickets because you weren't ready with the security card or your connection timed out because you took too long putting in your home address.
