Some question what the hell I do all day besides nursing a hangover and reading email. Well the last two days have been spent studying the Map of Metal. The Map of Metal is a treasure map of all things metal and what lead to what and who influenced who and audio samples courtesy of YouTube. It is a seriously addicting website that I lost HOURS in tracing the history and listening to bands I had never heard of before.

Take a moment and try not to get too lost in the MAP OF METAL! Actually the word "map" isn't all that metal until I learned that MAP is actually shortform for Morning After Pill and that made more sense for this website.
