The Binary Code is a band out of New Jersey with Chris Barretto on vocal duty. You may remember him from Periphery...no? Well that is the band he used to front.

It's not a bad cover and is a bit different than you would expect. I like it and I am not too big on covers that don't take chances. This cover does a good job at that. Guitarist Jesse Zuretti said this about choosing to cover an STP song:

"Stone Temple Pilots are just as important, if not more important, than most of my metal influences when writing music. The chord vocabulary Dean DeLeo built with each album they put out blows my mind. More than any flashy, 32nd-note, legato-filled, eight-string guitar solo I've ever listened to."
