Disturbed has launched an interactive game based on their new album Asylum (link to game). Here is the trailer.



It seems like a fun experience, but these things always have a way of letting you down. That trailer looked promising, dark, fear inducing, but the payoff is never really that big. Here is some press release mumbo jumbo:

"Based on the music from the band's new album, the dark, intense game commits players to the Asylum and dares them to try to unlock its secrets. Fans must try to escape in order to prevent a horrifying future from overtaking the world and to win exclusive songs, never-before-seen photos, and more."

Great so my reward for escaping the Asylum is "never before seen photos"? I just don't think this will capture my interest, but if you are a Disturbed fan...have at it. And then lambast me for being a noob and unwilling to try new things either in email or in the comments section.
