Metallica To Release Intimate Performance From Nashville on DVD

On June 12th, 2008, on the eve of their headlining performance at the Bonnaroo Music Fesival, multi-platinum rock band Metallica played an intimate, surprise performance at The Basement, an 150-capacity venue below Nashville record store Grimey’s New & Preloved Music.

Of course they filmed this and now it will be released just in time for the holiday season...in fact the DVD will be released on Black Friday. Live at Grimey’s is what the DVD will be called and here is the tracklisting:

No Remorse
Fuel
Harvester of Sorrow
Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
For Whom The Bell Tolls
Master of Puppets
Sad But True
Motorbreath
Seek and Destroy

A modest setlist for a band that is used to performing for two hours. They kept it to the well known and old school, which would have made hardcore fans happy.
