Lemmy Guesting on Michael Monroe's New Album

Lemmy collaborated with Michael Monroe on his brand new album due out in 2011. You know Michael Monroe as the front man of one of the best Finnish bands ever Hanoi Rocks.

Michael is still as kick ass as ever and his new album with Lemmy on it should cum all over your face. Michael had this to say about the collaboration:

"We're busy working away here in L.A. and it's going great! After five days of pre-production with Jack, we did our first day of actual recording [on Saturday, September 11]. What made it extra-special was that Lemmy [Kilmister of MOTÖRHEAD] came by to collaborate on a song, which he also sang on with me. A huge honor and great fun, too, of course. We had a real cool time and at the end of the evening he played us the new MOTÖRHEAD album, which sounded totally amazing, although it wasn't even the final mix.

"Lemmy is THE MAN! I can't wait for the U.K. tour in November with us opening up for MOTÖRHEAD!"

That will be a great tour, so UK go out and support it.

In the meantime, if you can't get enough of Michael Monroe, and honestly who can't, you can pick up Another Night In The Sun/Live In Helsinki. That toe tapper is due out on September 27. This collection contains a few of Monroe's solo stuff and a bit of Hanoi Rocks classics. That should hold you over until 2011.
