Pantera Set to Release 20th Anniversary Box Set
Has it already been 20 years since Cowboys From Hell was released? I remember as if it was yesterday getting punched in the stomach by James Dumpsey because I had a New Kids on the Block fade hair cut like Jordan Knight and he was a Pantera fan. I wondered if Pantera was a religion of peace or war and set out to find more information on them.
That is when I fell in love with Cowboys From Hell and thankfully Rhino is putting out a 20th Anniversary multi edition set. All versions include a newly remastered copy of the original Cowboys from Hell album along with unreleased and rare live performances from the Cowboys era, AND unreleased demos for nearly every album track.
“The Will To Survive,” a previously unreleased song recorded during the album’s demo sessions, is included in the Deluxe and Ultimate packages and debuted yesterday on Pantera's Facebook account.
