Just what you always wanted, the boring front man of Godsmack to release a boring solo album. You can pick up Avalon in stores on September 14, but why you would is beyond me.

I can barely tolerate Godsmack and I am not a fan of Erna, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention how talented he truly is. He is a multi-platinum selling artist, multi-instrumentalist, and an excellent producer. So my ears and mind are open, but I do not have high hopes. I do not believe a tiger can change their stripes and an Erna solo album is probably going to sound like Godsmack lite.
