Open Wide for Lynam at The Blockley Pourhouse

Lynam is sitting outside of Philadelphia in a cage pacing. They are waiting for the time when they can attack The Blockley Pourhouse in Philadelphia like a white tiger mauling Roy from Siegfried and Roy. Will you be there to see the carnage? I will be!

And behind every great headliner is a great opener to get the crowd frothing like a rabid raccoon. On Saturday, those openers are East of Anything and Legend of the Fall.

East of Anything was able to stalk us down and send us their album for review. I have shotgunned two beers listening to East of Anything's record and it is good. You will love them. (Full album review later).

Legend of the Fall is sadly why I have to show up later to the show...because my stupid ex-wife called me a pedophile just because I like to give candy to children. Now I have to announce when I move into a neighborhood and I have to give up my sweet van (pictured here) and drive a less rapey vehicle like a Prius. These kids are great performers and have a great following. If you miss them, you are destined to kick yourself later when they are on Warped Tour. You could have become their friends and gotten into Warped Tour for free!

The show is this Saturday at The Blockley Pourhouse. Tickets should be bought in advance for $12.00, but even if you don't they are only $15.00 at the door. The show is all ages as long as those under 18 are accompanied by an "adult."  (The law states an adult is anyone over the age of 25, but I am no where near an adult) Buy tickets here, but in the meantime check out the band's websites to get to know their music that way you can try to out sing me. Be prepared though, I have a falsetto like Mick Jagger during Miss You.
