The Ramones drummer Marky Ramone is suing for 175k he says he is owed in back royalties. Marky says he hasn't been paid since 2008 and is owed that money from the executives responsible for distributing those royalties. I tend to side with him.

All you have to do is pay the artist what they are RIGHTFULLY owed and they won't be dicks. Marky played on my favorite Ramones albums Road to Ruin and End of the Century. He should be paid for his work, now pay up fuckers. Here is Marky going to school.
