Shit. I write this news with a heavy heart. I didn't want to admit it. I never even wanted to consider the notion. Moby's new project is great. Yes, the sleek bald guy best known for electronica. He is the lead lead guitar player, the lead rhythm guitar player and lead back up vocalist for the band Diamondsnake.

It's not bad. It sounds like a garage band put together a metal album. It is very tongue in cheek and has some great cliched metal tricks in it. Screeching owl like vocals, funny vocals about going down on women (Woman, Yeah) and women fucking women (Switch Hitter), and Moby does a good job at shredding when called for (Storm the Fucking Kastle). If I could, I would see these guys live because I am sure it would be a great show and hilarious to hear these lyrics live.
