Sammie Lee Smith, a musician who no one has ever heard of, claims he was ripped off by Coldplay for their hits Yellow, Clocks, and Trouble.
He has filed a lawsuit and wants Coldplay to cease playing HIS hits. What I can't understand is why this fuckhead is coming forth now? Yellow was released as a single in 1999. 11 years ago!
What was this guy doing since Yellow? Clocks was released in 2001. Nine years ago. Joe Satriani filed a claim almost immediately when he realized his shit got jacked by Coldplay.
I haven't seen the case, heard the evidence, or know anything about Sammie Lee Smith, but I am going to go with asshole and not an ounce of credibility.
