BREAKING NEWS: Avenged Sevenfold Drummer Found Dead
According to The Orange County Register, AVENGED SEVENFOLD drummer James Owen Sullivan (a.k.a. The Rev) was found dead at his home on Monday (December 28). He was 28 years old.
Sullivan appears to have died of natural causes, Huntington Beach police Lt. John Domingo said. Police were notified by firefighters who had responded to Sullivan's home about 1 p.m.
The Orange County Coroner's Office is investigating the death. I don't think a young man of 28 dies of natural causes. I will guess drugs or prescription meds or some combination of the two. I guess we will learn more when the autopsy is released...if it is released. More news as it comes in.

The death of Sullivan hit us days after Brettany Murphy's death. A lot of people were in shock to hear the news and I really hope it's not a drug related death, the feeling of loss and waste would be too strong. Drugs claimed too many young lives already, celebs die from drugs every year. Everytime a young celeb dies the first question that pops up our minds is: was it because of drugs? It's scary how notorious drugs are in these circumstances.
