Nick Oliveri Brings Death Acoustic Show to the States
Nick Oliveri (Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, Mondo Generator) has taken his "Death Acoustic"
tour to Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Now he is heading home with
a run of solo shows across the United States East Coast during
January/February and West Coast dates set to follow shortly after.
The dates are as follows:
Jan. 22 - Middle East - Cambridge, MA
Jan. 23 - Pianos - New York, NY
Jan. 24 - Khyber - Philadelphia, PA
Jan. 25 - Velvet Lounge - Washington, DC
Jan. 26 - Volume 11 Tavern - Raleigh, NC
Jan. 27 - Casbah at Tremont Music Hall - Charlotte, NC
Jan. 28 - Lenny's - Atlanta, GA
Jan. 29 - The End - Nashville, TN
Jan. 30 - Hi Tone - Memphis, TN
Feb. 01 - Double Door - Chicago, IL
Feb. 02 - Frequency - Madison, WI
Feb. 03 - Southgate House - Newport, KY
Feb. 04 - Grog Shop - Cleveland, OH
Feb. 05 - Small's - Hamtramck, MI
Feb. 06 - Garfield Artworks - Pittsburgh, PA
Those are some small clubs, seating about 500 max. That is pretty cool to see Oliveri in that type of setting. Tickets will probably be cheap too since it is acoustic. I think it would be worth 10 bucks just to see him.
