Rolling Stones Reissue Wild Horses
Never to miss an opportunity to sell shit, the Rolling Stones are reissuing Wild Horses after Susan Boyle covered it on her latest album.
Who is Susan Boyle? Well she is an old spinnster who has a sirens voice that leads men to turn their heads and look at her. Those men subsequently DIE because she is hideous. If Susan Boyle collected snakes, she would be Medusa. Ms. Boyle appeared on the British version of American Idol (called the X-Factor) and sang a glorious rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserables.
Susan released her new album entitled I Dream a Dream where she apparently covered The Stones classic Wild Horses. A digital package featuring the original song plus a 'stripped-down' version taken from the band's 1995 live album 'Stripped' has been released on major download sites today. A video of the band performing the song at Knebworth in 1976 is also included.
Well, if some old bitty has to cover the song to get that cool offer from the Stones, I will take it. You want to hear it don't you? You know you do....click the video below:

I think that Susan’s cover of “Wild Horses” is one of the best things about the whole album. She could do a whole disc of rock cover tunes and it would be amazing. Did anyone hear about the Susan Boyle special on the TV Guide channel Sunday the 13th? Here’s a link to a clip for it: http://www.tvguide.com/special/susan-boyle/
