If this all seems familiar to you, hi DMX, life sucks doesn't it? Back in the day, we did an interview with Earl Simmons (aka DMX) Dominos boss Dave Rockville. (Interview here). To get his career back on track, DMX decided to book an MMA fight. Shit, how hard could it be, right? You get in boy shorts and wrestle with other men. I do that on the weekends for free!

DMX thought the same thing when he was scheduled to fight Eric Martinez in an Alabama Pride MMA. The reason cited for pulling out (and by the way no one like to pull out), his safety was a concern. You signed up for an MMA FIGHT. You signed up to get punched on. The promoters are saying DMX pulled out because they refused to fix the fight and declare him a winner. This seems more like it.

DMX has a lot of street cred in the Dominos restaruant. He has the 16-20 year olds looking up to him. He can't have some fucking no name like Eric Martinez beating his ass. The kids would be sad. THE KIDS?! Is DMX the only one thinking about the KIDS here?

Now the promoters are suing DMX for 1 Million dollars. Pssssh like he has it.
