The Smashing Pumpkins To Release 44 Song Album For Free

Billy Corgan has announced how he will release his new album - online and free. That is right, he is going the route of a few good artists and giving his music away for free.

The album entitled Teargarden by Kaleidyscope will be a 44 song album where he will release one song at a time all for free. I am guessing as he finishes each song, he will put them up online for download.

“There will be no strings attached. Free will mean free,” he says, but for fans interested in getting an exclusive physical product, 11 4-song EPs, aka “mini-box sets,” will be put up for sale.

At least now you won't have to pay to hear the new 19 year old drummer.
