Zakk Wylde's wife Barbaranne has revealed via her Twitter account that the Black Label Society frontman has returned home to Los Angeles after dropping off the remaining dates on the "Pedal To The Metal Tour" due to his health problems.

According to Barbaranne, Zakk is in "stable" condition right now after being diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs and leg. She writes, "We are following up with his [doctors] in L.A. with hopes of beginning a slow recovery. Apparently, this is a long process."
