GWAR Lands on Billboard Top 200
There are a few events this week that have really shocked me. One I
forgot to feed the cat almost all week. She has an automatic feeder and
it was out of food. I thought her incessant meowing was her way of
saying she approved of my care.Two, Ted Kennedy officially became a
zombie this week. Three Michael Jackson's death was ruled a homicide.
Ok none of that is truly all that shocking, but the news I have for you now will shock you. "Lust In Space", the new album from GWAR, sold around 5,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 96 on The Billboard 200 chart.
That is right. GWAR landed on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. I bet the pencil pushers over at Billboard's office have no idea who the fuck GWAR is or what they are about. I hope they causally go to YouTube and search for GWAR. There they will find this:
