Living Colour Will Perform on Jimmy Fallon
Living Colour will perform on NBC-TV's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on Monday, September 21.
"Behind The Sun", a new song from Living Colour, is available for free download at this location (scroll down). The track comes off the band's first new studio album in five years, entitled "The Chair In The Doorway", which is due on September 15 via Megaforce Records.
Living Colour is one of those bands that had one big hit, which was sad, and that one hit annoys the crap out of me. I hate the John F. Kennedy, FDR speech snippets. The guitar work, while furious and frenzied, just irritates me. I thought other songs like Middle Man and Open Letter to a Landlord showcased the fusion of funk metal way better than Cult of Personality and dealt with the crucial themes like racism.
Anyway, they still kick ass and should easily grab Jimmy Fallon's white testicles.
