Adam Lambert is Not Joining Queen
Ok this past week was the American Idol season "too many" finale. Luckily, I was attempting to give myself fellatio and missed it. But I have seen clips online where some broadway singer, Adam Lambert, sang with Queen. Video below in case you missed it.
It was a good performance, I enjoyed it. But the broadway guy lost, which set off a flurry of emails into the BnR news room. "Is Adam Lambert joining Queen?" "Brian May says he wants to work with Adam Lambert."
I first had to check and see if Adam Lambert was the son of Frank Lambert from Step by Step. Once I confirmed that Adam was not a son on the show, I had to figure out who he was. Thank you all for writing in and forcing me to watch clips from American Idol.
Here is our position on the matter, no Adam is not joining Queen. Yes, Brian May wants to work with Adam. No Adam is not joining Queen.
Here is Brian May's quote to RollingStone.com.
"But [drummer Roger Taylor] and I are definitely hoping to have a meaningful conversation with him at some point. It's not like we, as Queen, would rush into coalescing with another singer just like that. It isn't that easy. But I'd certainly like to work with Adam. That is one amazing instrument he has there."
So there ya have it. Rumor to rest.

Remember the gay rocker who was out to everyone, sang in gay bars, but wouldn't admit it when he was on American Idol? No? Well remember when we talked about him joining Queen? No? article hereI envy your ability to avoid pop culture and American Idol, but you won't any longer. Adam Lambert is releasing his first record and the album cover is FAB-U-LOUS!I have seen two men engaging in intercourse, (online for research only, of course) but that album cover is gayer than one man entering another man's ass. I thought Brian May, legendary Queen guitarist was losing it when he pimped Queen on American Idol's finale. Then I thought he was really losing it when he was entertaining the idea that Adam Lambert was going to be the new Queen singer (article here). Now Brian has really lost it. He is claiming that pop-star Katy Perry has the same stage presence as Freddie Mercury. May had the chance to meet Perry backstage at a London concert and then immediately went home and blogged about it. He said:"I walked in and ...

I've wanted Adam to win. He has a great voice!
