I gave up on wanting to see the fo' real Guns N' Roses reunion sometime after Axl Rose traded in his Thin Lizzy t-shirt for corn rows and an Oakland Raiders jersey. Besides, my Magic 8-Ball says the chance of a reunion is "not bloody likely." In the meantime we can either wait for Mark David Chapman to assassinate the original members or entertain ourselves when they bicker like catty sluts fighting over Brett Michaels. I'm partial to the latter.

Matt Sorum  thinking out loud about the drummer conundrum:

"If it's me on drums or Steven or whatever, if it happened, it'd be great, you know. I would actually say to them, 'Hey, bring both of us back,' you know. Let me play the other stuff. We'll have two drum kits. I don't care. If 'Appetite'  sounds better with Steven playing it, have both guys up there. They can afford it."

Can they afford Dr. Drew?

Axl Rose also thinking out loud but for once he seems to be the only person in touch with reality:

"There's zero possibility of me having anything to do with Slash other than by ambush, and that wouldn't be pretty . . . Steven (Adler) brings assorted ambulance-chasing attorneys and the nightmare of his mother. One gig, or even a couple songs, could mean years of behind-the-scenes legal aftermath."
