TMZ is reporting that Chad Kroeger has a pending lawsuit against him for punching a Canadian furniture salesmen. TMZ has all the details and why the guy is suing, but he was punched in the face by Chad and got knocked out.

I thought about it for a while. Would suing Chad Kroeger help or hurt me. I weighed the options. On the one hand, I was knocked out by Chad Kroeger. That would be embarrassing. But then if I could take some of his money that was raped from the world's working class, I could then start an fund for good. Or at the very least wouldn't have to suck dick to pay for the server costs of this website. I still can't decide which is better or worse.
