$11,000 Dollar Guitar Lesson with Brian May
In
tough economic times, some people are better off than others. I never
could afford guitar lessons and therefore never learned how to play any
instrument other than the skin flute. It was cheaper and a product of
my Catholic schooling. But I can blow with the best Catholic boys. I
even perfected the art of "genuflecting rood," which Father C. said
would get me ahead in life.
But other people prefer to pay a crap load of money for guitar lessons. The AFP is reporting that someone paid 7,500 pounds (roughly 11,000 dollars) for guitar lessons from Brian May (guitarist from Queen). He has never given private guitar lesson. The money all went to charity, but still that is a lot of dough for ONE guitar lesson. That guitar lesson better last 6 years to be worth it.

I don't think this is true. I mean, that kind of money?
