The Last Vegas Sales Numbers
"Whatever Gets You Off" (Eleven Seven Music), the new album from The Last Vegas, sold around 1,300 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
The CD debuted at No. 47 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers)
chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing
artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The
Billboard 200.
I have said this before, the band has changed their sound. I cataloged their change in this post. This band was once a dangerous rock n' roll band from Chicago. Now they have soul patches reminiscent of Nikki Sixx, guy liner like Pete Wentz, and a watered down sound that has lost it's testicles. Call me old fashioned, but I want The Last Vegas that put out High Class Trash.
