Gigantour 2009 Bands
Gigantour 2009 is becoming more mainstream compared to the other summer tours. Gigantour used to be the true metal heads summer festival with Megadeth headlining. Well Megadeth will headline once again, but this time with Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet For My Valentine.
I guess true metal isn't being replaced by generic, digestible metal. YAWN! Last year’s event featured In Flames, Children Of Bodom, High On Fire, and Job For A Cowboy.

Why does the internet hate Avenged Sevenfold? Are they too good for losers that have nothing to do other than blog? Honestly now, everyone that I know used to love Avenged Sevenfold until their reputation got really bad.
It's been confirmed from Shawn Drover thru the Megadeth Forums site that A7X & BFMV have not been signed to Gigantour 2K9. Thank...god...That rumor is indeed false. NO OFFICIAL DATES OR OPENING BANDS HAVE CONFIRMED...YET. Neither band deserve to be anywhere Gigantour or Megadeth for that matter! All though, as a MA resident, I'd be honored to have Shadows Fall open for them! That'd be a fucking SICK show. The Boston show would be legendary!!! also what about Cavalera Conspiracy, or Threat Signal (phenomenal Canadian band not many people have heard of.) or Chimaira or DevilDriver or God Forbid or Himsa or Scar Symmetry (once they straighten out the new vocalists issue.) Goddamit! BRING BACK SYMPHONY X!!! F U C K !!! Testament would be ridiculous too! OOOHHH!!! What about Unearth or Zimmers Hole?!? The possibly endless!!! DAMMIT DAVE JUST ANNOUNCE SOMETHING!!!
