We don't cover Fall Out Boy at all on this site unless it is specifically designed to lampoon them. They are going to release some album this week and I saw the cover and gasped. Their new cover is a direct take on the Pedobear internet phenomon.

Pedobear started in an internet forum (4chan), and it is a cute bear who tries to lure little girls through various means, candy, puppies, taking them. If you do a simple Google Image search, you will find all sorts of Pedobear inspired images. Here is one:
