The Pulse of Radio reports that Rob Zombie is rumored to be directing the sequel to his hit 2007 remake of "Halloween", according to Shock Till You Drop. A source told the horror movie web site that following the departure of French directors Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo from the project, Zombie had agreed to step in again as director. A representative for Zombie had no comment on the matter, while the film's producers, Trancas International, planned to issue a press release regarding the movie before the end of this week.

Ok, we get it, Rob. You like horror movies and you are a pretty good director of them. Now I want to see you branch off into other genres for remakes. I have a few suggestions that could use a Rob Zombie "reimagining"
