Ted Nugent has found himself on the New York Times bestseller list with his new book "Ted, White, and Blue: The Nugent Manifesto." Ted's book lands at Number 8 and is the second time Ted has found himself on the chart. He achieved bestseller status with "God, Guns, and Rock N' Roll."
