Nine Arrests at Motley Crue Concert
According to the Sarnia Observer, there were nine arrests at Motley Crue concert. Nine males were arrested for public intoxication and trespassing.
"The loud, heavy metal music stirred the crowd into a volatile mood and police were grateful when a brief, passing shower arrived shortly after 10 p.m. to cool things down a bit," said Insp. Ronnie Van Dam, who is brother to Rob Van Dam, in a report issued Friday.
The police also slapped 18 liquor charges and five drug charges throughtout the evening to various individuals. The venue holds 20,000. That means the troublemakers make up only .9% of the total crowd. Hardly a problem, but because this is Motley Crue it is a story.
If this was Philly, I am sure it wouldn't be any different than a normal Saturday evening. No words on how many arrests resulted from yesterday's show.
