Greed $immons has slammed bands like Radiohead for putting on "boring live shows." Greed thinks that fans deserve to see spectacular performances.
 
Greed believes that since fans pay a crapload to see a show, those bands have a responsibility to make it spectacular.
 
"I admire bands like Radiohead, but the idea of being that serious? Fuck that, get up on the stage and blow shit up! Bands that stand by their microphone and strum their guitars are forgetting one important point - people are bringing their eyes, it's audio and visual. If you're not fulfilling the visual part it's like watching a movie with your eyes closed."
 
Oh Greed, I would like to rail you for your comment, but I can't. I agree with you. Fans expect more these days from artists. There needs to be crowd interaction, jumping around the stage, crazy lights, and hot chicks in the front row with big knockers.
 
However, some bands are the exception. If you write songs about introspection and despair, you can't be expected to jump around on stage and be happy. I guess what I am saying is that songs with substance need less theatrics. This is not a model KISS can adhere too. They write one catchy hook, wrap it around a repeated sexually charged lyric, and let Ace solo around that. Peter is useless.
 
So I have decided to write my own KISS song. The problem is this plays better live when I am strutting around stage in see through stripper stilettos, fishnets, allowing my hairless chest embrace the open air, and my jet black wig on. It also helps that I have a shit load of pyrotechnics to take away from the fact my lyrics are bunk. Anyway, here is my KISS song:
