When you are a rockstar about to embark on a world tour, American laws do not apply to you. Scott Weiland was scheduled to do eight days (192 hours) in jail as punishment for driving under the influence back in November of 2007.
 
But, Mr. Weiland only stayed about 40 minutes on Monday as he went through the booking process and then was released. I guess he will be ok to front STP on Sunday when I see him.
