Judas Priest Meeting
It isn't everyday that you get the chance to meet real life metal gods. But today, BnR had the opportunity to meet Rob Halford, K.K. Downing, and Glenn Tipton of Judas Priest. Now before you envy us because of our vast spiderweb of connections, we actually just showed up at a Hot Topic in-store signing and were granted access because they only sold 200 out of 500 wristbands.
It was a historic occasion as Judas Priest hasn't done a signing like this in 25 years. Joe Wettner won the award for most creative thing to get signed by the band as he had the band sign the glovebox of his El Camino.
Anyway, there really isn't much else to say about it as the store herded you through like cattle and interaction with the band was limited. But I did shake the hands with the legends using the same hand I masturbated just a mere 45 minutes earlier thinking about shaking their hands. They were great guys and we will try very hard to actually get an interview with the band if we can.
