Scott Weiland was sentenced to 192 hours of jail time. This is stemming from his November 2007 DUI arrest. Weiland has until May 28 to serve his sentence.

He was also sentenced to complete an 18-month alcohol program and pay the whopping amount of $2,000 in fines. After all of this is said and done he will then be placed on a four-year summary probation. YAWN! With this small of a sentence, Scott won't even have to fashion his patented "Prison Pussy." Hell he won't even have time to make Prison Wine in the toilets.

There is no word on when Weiland is going to serve this eight day sentence, but since Joe and I are planning on seeing them on May 18, you can almost bet it will be around that time frame. We will have to endure the Filter frontman stepping into the role of Scott...or worse yet, Aaron Lewis.
