Nikki Sixx and Vince Neil Discuss Cruefest

Fox News has posted the following interview with Nikki Sixx and Vince Neil of MÖTLEY CRÜENikki had this terrifying quote:

"You know, we've been playing festivals since we were a baby band, and I don't mean this as an insult to the other festivals, but a lot of times, they try so hard to to be cool, that they miss the fact that it's about hit songs. When you listen to Trapt, you listen to Sixx: A.M., you listen to Papa Roach, and as it goes higher, up the list, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, MÖTLEY CRÜE, it's like six hours of bands that have amazing songs."

Sometimes Nikki, terrible bands wind up with hits. Sometimes great bands never have a radio-friendly hit. Ozzfest started out as avenue for helping these non-commerical acts to gain mainstream exposure. They changed the formula to rake in more cash. Ah who cares, it is MÖTLEY CRÜE. Go to Cruefest.
