Not likely, but the album was delivered to Geffen Records yesterday. A quick call to the record giant confirmed that they are in possession of a finished copy of the long awaited, 13 million dollar, Chinese Democracy by Axl Roses.

There is a rumor that a Guns N' Roses reality TV show is in the works and that it will coincide with the release of the album.
