In what might be the worst kept secret of all time, Michael Stipe, lead singer of R.E.M, has come out of the closet. Well DUH! US magazine hailed this as some giant secret. It was more shocking when Judas Priest's frontman Rob Halford came out. At least he lead a leather movement where bikers and manly men aspired to be him. I don't remember the bouncer who kicked my ass last night wanting to act like Michael Stipe.
