Norm Clarke of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley — who twice starred as The Phantom in the Toronto production of "The Phantom of the Opera" in 1999 — is in talks to star in "Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular."
