Lars Brandle reports that Spirit Music Group has acquired the publishing and masters rights to the post 1971 catalog of Marc Bolan and T. Rex.

Spirit now owns the entire library from 1972-1977. It begins with the album "The Slider" and goes through "Dandy In The Underworld."

Also changing hands will be the name, the trademark, and Marc Bolan's likeness. We have to pay to use this image:
