According to Blabbermouth, Scott Weiland has entered rehab. Here is the following statement from the band.

"Following VELVET REVOLVER's performance last night [Wednesday, February 6] in Los Angeles, lead singer Scott Weiland voluntarily entered a rehab facility. Tonight's San Diego show at the House of Blues has been postponed; the rescheduled date for San Diego is [to be announced]. VELVET REVOLVER deeply apologize to their fans and thank them for sticking by the group."

How long will this last? Apparently until Feburary 15 as the band has not announced any cancellations of their Australian tour.

Australian promoter Chris O'Brien told Undercover News. "We have not been told that the tour has been affected and right now I can say that it is still 100% going ahead," O'Brien said.

Oh well another day, another celebrity "voluntarily checks in to rehab."
