John Benson of Billboard.com reports: After Velvet Revolver wraps a spring tour in support of its second album, "Libertad", frontman Scott Weiland will rejoin his former bandmates in STONE TEMPLE PILOTS for a handful of summer reunion shows, guitarist Slash tells Billboard.com.

Still one of the best concerts I have seen live was STP at the Family Values tour. I will make sure to catch this band when the tour again. This is a fantastic video of STP performing on the Letterman show. Look how coked out Weiland is and how much he looks like Layne Staley.
