Metallica and AC/DC to tour together?

The following "story" is merely a rumor (rumour if you are a Stevie Nicks fan), but since Bn'R has absolutely no journalistic integrity (or ability), we have no reason not to write about it.  According to a very reliable source, there are certain short people working very hard to come to terms on a possible tour featuring two of the top rock bands of all time.  It is likely that metal-starved music fans will crap their pants if this rumor is true.  There has been a severe lack of decent concerts as of late, unless you consider the Gigantour savory.  This is what we know so far:

  • The shows would more than likely be performed in arenas rather than stadiums.
  • The tour would be co-headlined....there are too many egos at stake.
  • Both bands are supposed to release an album this year, so new music may be featured to an extent.
  • The likely time for a tour would be in the summer.
  • Metallica's last two summer tours were the successful "Summer Sanitarium Tour".
  • It is possible that other bands would be brought in to warm up the crowd, especially if there is a "Summer Sanitarium Tour".
  • The picture to the right is an accurate scientific representation of what Angus Young would look like if he toured with Metallica.

Obviously we will keep you posted as more details are made available.

    Well as we all know, midgets (little people) have to work twice as hard to do the work of a normal sized man. So if they are on the case of uniting these two bands, we can rest assured it will happen. Besides how can you deny a midget?
